 What does Membership Look Like? 

  • This membership includes...

  • ✔️  Two fitness assessments per year to update your program and monitor your progress.

  • ✔️ Two reserved 60-minute exercise sessions per week, supervised by a Kinesiologist. Each session, we will guide you and support you in doing your exercises correctly. 

  • ✔️ Monitoring of your health vitals and communication with your doctor as required.

  • ✔️ Spouse/Family Discount of 10%

A Quick Chat: We start by getting to know you and your health history to ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable.

Join the Fun: Participate in a one-hour LIVE WELL session with our amazing members and get a sneak peek into our supportive community.

Your Own Workout Plan: We’ll craft a set of simple, foundational exercises personalized just for you. We ensure you know how to perform them correctly so you never feel out of place.

Celebration: You’ll leave feeling great about investing this time in your health and wellness.

When you join us, you'll experience a supportive environment free from sales pitches, allowing you to focus purely on your health and wellness journey.


Over the course of the year, we will move you through six phases of exercise, each lasting two months. This science-based approach is much like building a house. We will focus on building a foundation to start and then build upon it with stamina, endurance, muscle mass, strength, and agility. It is a step-by-step progressive approach to ensure you are training safely and effectively, no matter what your current health and fitness.
